What I thought was a rough week of apartment hunting and disappointing news, turned out to be the best week of my life. My amazing boyfriend of 2 1/2 years asked me to marry him. My best friend and I are engaged! Chris re-created our entire first date and then popped the question in the same spot where we had our first kiss, in front of the carousel at the Yerba Buena Gardens in San Francisco. It was a magical moment that almost seems like a dream, luckily Chris was slyly recording the whole thing on video so I can relive the moment. I also was unknowingly snapping photos with my phone during the night so I’m happy I have some photos to document the evening. We both can’t wait to start planning our day and have been spending the weekend seeing family and friends to celebrate. We know there is going to be a lot of work ahead of us so we agreed to just enjoy these next few days in our happy bliss. I feel like I’m in a dream!
